starsat has a bad service and no customer centric consultants

I"m having problems with my starsat ,im having this Error "EO1:No input signal and im been having this issue for over a month and I called they told me to take out the LNB cord and leave it out for 10 min and put it back but the issue continued and today i called the contact center spoke to Kayster was not helpful and had an attitude with me he told to get an installer and im going to be charged for what ? i was the first person to have toptv and you guys has send installers numerous times to sort out my problems and non of them ever charged me so why should I get charged im paying my monthly subscription check you history of installer that came to me
