Starsat customer service is unbelievably ridiculous!!

Dear StarSat. Your customer service sucks! we have been battling the whole day yesterday to get our card activated, wasted numerous amounts of airtime which we will not benefit anything from and when we ask you to phone us back we get told you don't have a phone.....please don't you have a better excuse? How are you speaking to me then? Please get this sorted out ASAP! Smart card number is ********** 8017 and decoder number is ********** ********** 686. If you don't have a phone to phone me then send someone out to come and fix it. Why am I paying for a service that I am not even receiving or enjoying?? My number is **********
