starsat buy a decoder with free installation leads

On the 27th of may I bought me a decoder at starsat khayalitsha and they said installation is free I phoned for installation that same day and they said they'll see what they can do till today the 3rd of june they still say they see what they can do they have 2 phones numbers of me but don't phone me for arrangement I everytime phone them than they tells mr gps don't pick up blackheath o how stupid cos here's a lot of people with starsat I'm very cross and feel like I don't want this decoder and want my money back and try dstv then they jan must do it then randall what are u busy with ****s
