A very very big thank you to Reagan from StarSat who took the time to assist me with my Signal connection which was giving me a problem for quiet some time. I must say I am really proud to be a customer of StarSat the service received from Reagan was fantastic most understanding and patient person. Well done Reagan. I understand now that sometimes its not always the company that's at fault. Keep up the good work.
