Starsat a *******

Starsat is a *******. I bought the decoder a few months ago. They installed it on a Saturday afternoon but each month there were bad transmission. This whole month I have been having terrible problems whereby my sabc, etv and Glow was freezing and basically the channels would disappear and my viewing pleasure has been deprived. I had placed numerous calls to the call centre, having to explain my problem to each consultant with no help to sort out my issues. They place me on hold, then asked me to scan and reset and they claimed it would resume normally after twenty minutes every time but I am still having the same problem. They said they will send out an installer on a Saturday as I am not available during the week,then they change their story that no installers are available. So I still asked them to let me know in advance as to which weekday I can then make arrangements to have someone at home so they can sort out the decoder and three weeks down; where my subscription is about to finish for the month, I am yet to receive assistance from them. I have wasted monies on calling them numerous times and still no result. *******. Don't waste your time or your money. It may seem reasonable at first which is why I opted for this service provider but what you pay for you do not receive. If they can't keep up good standards then frankly speaking they should stop ripping people off and shut down.
