Signal come and go

For the past 3 weeks now my TopTV signal comes and goes every evening from around 18:00. Then only some channels will work and it is always the channels I want to watch that doesn't work. The next morning all is fine again and work perfectly until the evening. I have called the call centre numerous times now. I have worked through all those frequencies they gave me and every call is the same procedure they probably read from a list. Then I am told my dish is not align. So I get someone to redo only to be told that all is ok. Then the call centre told me I have frequency interferences.....what.....now all of a sudden and from who in the KU-Band? I give up now with TopTV. They have gone from bad to worst. I am done with them!
