shifting programming

i was annoyed to find the entire LIFE OK (562) schedule has been changed since 26/10 you aired the annoying comedy classes for an hour which was half hour long and failed to screen piya rangreez with no apology. All the programs i normally watch are moved to later, i fail to understand the reason for this sudden shift in programming its is totally unacceptable and frustrating as this is one of the only channels i watch considering my time schedule. i feel compelled to discontinue my subscription and move over to a company who has regular programming. you cant just change schedule its wrong and unfair to the regular viewer. another issue is your guide, never properly updated, please get someone to update these as you are running a paid service. again, i urge you to bring the original schedule for LIFE OK (562).
