****** by Top TV Installer

Hi<br> <br> I contacted top tv to instal a unit, top tv sent an installer named James TTP no 1588 who installed a device which I paid him R599 for. I contacted top tv to active this and they told me that the decoder belongs to someone else meaning ******. A ***** case will be opened against top tv and the installer as each party says its not they problem.
