Refusing to refund

Im trying to cancel my Starsat. I called the CScenter last week to stop the debit for the new month but the agent advised me to rather 'call my bank and do a stop order' which I did but was unable to due to additional high charges.<br> <br> Today I called Starsat to pause my services, and place my months notice, I have a credit of R190 which I expect refunded after the 30days notice but the CS agents says its rejected as the services need to be running? Is this even legal?<br> <br> That is the biggest con I ever heard. I wil take u up if my money is not refunded for services im not using!!!
