realty bad service

I'm really disgusted with Starsat handling of their account , my Starsat is off no reason to be off because they didn't take the debit order and this is the 3rd time its happening this year I'm really having a bad service with Starsat i even bought the HD decoder i only had it for a month and i returned it back because i had constant problems i spend R600 of my air time calling the contact center because the SABC or other channels doesn't play and every Saturday a technician was sent to align my satellite but it did work , im thinking to change to DSTV really i cat have this **** in my life , when it was Toptv i never had such problems they were on point , and I need an apology ...
