Rather get DSTV

Looks like Starsat doesn’t want new customers! I sent them an sms to 40004 & their sms said they’d phone me back in 24 hours...no phonecall was received, it is now 3 days later! Since my sms to them, I have phoned them 5 times: I was cut off once and after 4 successful calls, I have been given numbers that don’t exist for installers, the name of a installation company with no numbers, a promise to send me more installers numbers and a promise that they would phone me back.....yeah, sure. If you ask to speak to their customer care manager, they refuse to transfer your call, if you want to complain, they tell you to put it in writing. Well, I am putting it in writing for all new potential subscribers to see, they are useless, unreliable and you would be better off getting DSTV!
