Prepaid Starsat more expensive!

I have been a TopTV subscriber and I have today converted to prepaid (Starsat).<br> <br> Firstly there is no knowledge by the retailers who sell your product and I find this pathetic. You cannot promote or try and sell something where there is no knowledge of the product (which is basic marketing knowledge).<br> Secondly, your website says that the prepaid will be used as airtime but there is no place as to where it describes how it works or how long a voucher lasts and that is misleading the public as there is no information provided.<br> <br> The public needs to know that a R109 voucher on the full bouquet only lasts 15 days.<br> because in reality, who buys TV viewing to only last 15 days?<br> <br> I am furiously upset and utterly disgusted with the finding of this and this will be a deterrent for other users to not choose Starsat.
