Poor staff management and bad service

<p>Their staff is in competent , i have sent a request by E-mail to Charlotte Tsubane on the 28.07.17 requesting my IRP5 to be E-ma**** to me as i need to submit my tax returns , however i have not received any feedback from the lady since then , its more than a week of silence and i've been calling her since then with no respod on the landline and today i called the reception however the lady refused to give another HR consultant who can assist with the matter as she kept on transfering the line to the same lady Charlotte Tsubane that is not answering the phone .</p>
