Poor service delivery

Hi, I have signed up with Startv yesterday, I was issued with an installers number which i have contacted several times, (Ernest), sometimes he answer, sometimes he say he going to come in, and sometimes he never stick to his comitment in calling back. This have been going on from yestersday, and I am still awaiting his call. How does Startv get so incompatant people to deliver services. Please can someone from management assist. Poor service delivary.
