Poor and bad service

I'm not gonna recommend this dish to any of my friends due to poor service I'm getting I paid for the dish and only played for some days then channels we cut I called they told me that easy pay refundend my money back it's where I sent them the prof from my bank that money went through and they was no money reversed back to my account they opened my channels for two days then went back again up until today I don't have and channels what did I pay for I have been sending emails to them but they are not getting back to me they just ignore me
