Pathetic Service

<p>I bought a Starsat on 20 July from the Game Centre in Welkom. The debit order for the R 199.00 registration went off and arrangements was made for the installation of the dish and decoder. Now we are on a week later and no installation has been made. I phoned Starsat twice and spoke to Vincent and Andrevelle. The first installer didn't have a dish and now the second installer is just not pitching up to install. I really feel that this is unacceptable.</p>
