Pathetic rude and *********** staff

Most useless pathetic service with absolutely rude, *********** staff. I own two decoders with two different subscriptions. I had one decoder canceled and one running. But you disconnected both. The one decoder has been paid for monthly on time. And you still disconnect my service. I even mailed my proof of payment 3 times!! I will not stop this complaint, either hello Peter and social media
