paid bt have been blocked

Hi i got da new hd decoder i paid 100rand an was told on my nxt payment i just pay 100 cos i am on the 200 pakage an my 100 wil be added to my account yesterday i buy a pep store voucher i call the call centre no reply with20 rand airtym gne so i dial the *120 ting an put voucher num an card num it did open bt then dis mrning its blocked again pls open my channels has i have paid is is very bad im with top tv many years now an u guys didnt send me a msg has to pay url just cut out my channels which is unfair iv been getting reminder msgs for years now pls open up my channels tnx mrs cas anthony an cal centure pik up iv been wasting tons of airtym wid out getting u guys
