Online customer service is terrible!!

Don't bother buying online if you don't stay close enough to get to a branch. I requested a refund due to the incorrect colour of a product that was delivered. I sent emails and received zero confirmation of my query, I've called and was promised a refund form, now they not even answering the phone anymore.
