One lie after another...Starsat is useless...

on the 12 October, I app**** for a starsat decoder online. I called the call centre on the 13th as I have not heard anything from them and was assured that they will investigate and call me back.half hour later someone from the installation dept called me to advise that an installer will install on the 13th. after hearing nothing from them I call again at 4 to follow up and the installer then called me back to advise that he is on his way. at 6.30pm a guy called paul(installer) called me apologizing and saying that they tested my decoder and that it was not working so he could not come out and install it. At 7.11pm I received an sms from reggies installation wanting to make an appointment to install. what is going on???do you guys not communicate with each other and also should a decoder not be opened at the clients premises???Don't lie to your clients...
