No Service Bad Attatude

We went to complain as we paid for full service package. However we don't have half of our channels. No one at Starsat even bothered to reply to our messages nor did the sale staff care to assist us. She was rude and spoke in Zulu so we can't understand it's been 2 weeks and still no one has come out and just say we must phone the call centre. Apparently they just sell the decoders and install them and nothing else. I have been there 3 times at Toti Mall and sms both contact numbers on their business cards yet still not resolved. This shop should not be allowed to trade as they are selling a non existing. service as they sucks and have no respect for customers. Oh and the call centre number we were given does not exist either. I took photo of the shop and the staff were hiding behind tables I did warn them that if no one care to help I will take further steps still nothing. Guess if I were a diffrent collor they would assist me as they kept talking Zulu very rude I will never encorouge anyone to ever deal with them. Please help.
