No installation

I have bought a starsat decoder on Friday and was given a nr for an installer by my salesman. The installer said he was fully booked for Friday but will be here Saturday by 10am. 11am we phoned to confirm where he is and he said he'll be arriving within the next 2 to 3 hours. At 3pm he did not answer his phone, after several attempts, anymore. We've had the product for more than 24 hours and we're not getting any use out of it!!!!!!!! Please assist!!!!
