NO ANSWER Sorry the dialled number is unobtainable

Since last night I have been trying to get hold of StarSat/Toptv but always get the same msg<br> *** Sorry the dialled number is unobtainable<br> *** goes to voice mail <br> I send a msg twice and left a voice msg 2 since 19:00 last night and till now no one phoned me back.<br> My StarSat has not been working since yesterday.<br> I would like someone from StarSat to contact me ASAP as this is the worst service I every received or should I say lack of service
