New HD Decoder - no RF (Aerial) output

I have been a loyal subscriber for a few years now and recently upgraded my old decoder for the new HD one and when installing it found that it has no RF (Aerial) output. I contacted Starsat and was informed I have to get a TV technician to install additional hardware. Most household installations use aerial cables so beware - you cannot just plug in the new decoder for a 2nd TV, nor can you readily purchase an RF modulator. Starsat just says you have to sort it out - but no mention is made of this limitation when advertising the new decoder. This is deceptive and results in extra costs to the consumer, IF you can find a solution. I'd love to hear a response from Starsat or even an attempt to resolve this problem
