Is Starsat insolvent?

Behavior borderlines on *****. Same complaints as below - with the channels that fell away, I still get charged a super package price, but I get a basic package. Emails and my notice ending the subscription does not get answered or acknowledged. FB posts also ignored. Phoning (several times) is a mala fide joke, as you have to press option 1 etc...however, you stay in the loop ! I believe they are insolvent, as no business can operate like this and survive. I regret all the time I have to waste on this. I believe a registered letter ending my subscription won't work, so it looks like I will have to drive 200km to their offices to cancel. And then Icasa...more unnecessary wasted time - and more cursing from my side !
