Insert card

Every time towards monthend I'm having problems with my decoder....and it's perfectly fine...it's either it's updating every minute or insert card...and why are you pushing us to get a new decoder?????after monthly payment it works with no updating...come towards monthend it starts with the updating...what's going on??????????????????????????
