Inconsiderate and Unprofessional Behaviour

My sick 76 year old dad and 29 year old down syndrome sister have been enjoying and following the soapies of Star Plus for many years. Starsat(known as Toptv before) abruptly terminated their contract with Star Plus thus robbing many viewers of their favourite and only form of entertainment. My dad and sister are unable to use the internet to view the soapies online. Starsat has behaved unprofessionally. They must allow us to watch what we have been paying to watch and give a notice in advance,not on the day it occurs. Thank you. Shaista Gannie
