Good Day , I have app**** for a TopTv New Decoder on the 17th March 2016. They told me by the end of the March I will receive it. But NO JOY. I phoned in the call center and they told me 7-14 days. It went past the 14 days and they said they will call me back. 2 days later I had to phone and was told by the 19th April 216 the latest I will receive the device. But no JOY. I phoned this morning 20th April 2016 and was now told 10 - 15 days, I then asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. The lady told me they in a meeting. Its now 12:24 and no one has called. No one can provide an answer for me. So disappointed. TOPTV is such a huge disappoint. I would advise any one dealing with TOPTV, to please don't believe in their Promise.
