i tink its time i leave star set

I really tink its time I leave St****t as I don't tink star set wants me as a cumsotmer because they r treating me very bad today I called the call center to find out she my new HD decoder would be Delivered as i was told it would come last week Friday BT didn't the lady puts me on hold for very very long then she comes back to me telling me she will get back to me at 6 tonight BT she never did I Wasted R200 airtime on that call for your agent to not help me at all she don't call me back noting I am very upset and will tell everyone I Kow not to Jon star set I would like my R200 airtime I did lose back or as a credit on my St****t account cz this is not my problem your rude agent did put me on hold for long and at the end of the call didn't help me at all I am so f up with star set and to top everything off I can't ues the star times app anymore to downgrade or upgrade it always gives me the error system maintaining Try ang I am sick and tired of the bad bad service start set is giving me I want my R200 airtime I did lose on that call back or as a credit becuz you can go Listen to the recording of the call you will see how she lie to me n put me on hold for long I am done trying
