How long will your doors stay open StarSat?

We had rain earlier this week and since then I had no SABC 2 or SABC 3 reception on my StarSat decoder. I tried to phone the Call Centre to report it. After an hour and 20 minutes and after I phoned 3 times to make sure I did not made a mistake on the voice direction or with the hours the operators of the call center is available, I was forced to put the phone down without any response from StarSat.

I have a contract with Telkom to speak for free after hours and also for approximately 30 minutes in working hours, every day. Although 086... numbers which StarSat make use of, is normally cheaper than the Telkom normal rate, I still have to pay from the first minute (this is not covered in my contract) .The call thus cost me a lot of money (an hour and 20 minutes on 086...) and I am very disappointed, because I can still not get the decoder to receive the missing channels.

I was very busy and don't have an hour an a half to hold on to report missing channels on my StarSat contract.

StarSat, StarSat is there no company in this country any more that have pride in what they do. I will really appreciate if you guys close your doors. You're service is pathetic.
