Frustrated customer

<p> I am extremely frustrated with Starsat again.My kiddies channels disappeared gives me error message saying programme does not exist.I call starsat they try different search methods to find these channels with no success.Afer all attempts failed they tell me there is nothing more they can do the channels are playing on their side.I am paying for these channels but cannot watch it.Very frustrating.....</p>
