FED UP WITH STARSAT

I would like to give them a 0 rating. I previously shared with you my ordeal. Well nothing has changed. I have them come out to my house twice with no joy. Firstly they told me that the eye was faulty up on the roof. So this was replaced. According to them this was the problem. Well, well, well nothing changed. Still no channel, channels displays just disappearing while watching. Sound just not there. The picture will there 20 to 30 minutes suddenly disappear then after 10 or so minutes it will come on again and that is who the story goes. So they came out again. Replaced the decoder with a brand new one. Problems still exists. Every time you have to use your airtime to call. The lasts is that we could not watch anything because the screen keeps on saying updating channel list and it keeps on updating with no end. This is going on for more than 2 weeks. They never call back, but make all the promise in the world. I am so discussed with this whole affair. I honestly do not know what more to do . It is not the television as it would then do it to all the channels not just certain ones.
