Emory Promises NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

NO Signal for 2 Days already they promised that a constant will contact me after work to help to fix the peoblem I gave my contact details and yet the lame excuse I got was that they had a lot of customers to assist they couldn't pgone me to assist me regarding the problem I am experiencing ... What service is this that I am aging for to get empty promises and NO SERVICE ????

Easier to cancel the subscription than to struggle to get service !!!!!
