EFT

Good day <br> <br> I have made an EFT from FNB on 30/06/2015 at 12:48pm with special clearance and when confirmed with my bank that the money did go off when I called the call centre to confirm if payment was received they told me they did not receive it , when my debit order als did go off on the 17/06/2015 and Starsat told me my debit order did not go off, I would like to get an explanation on this ASAP
