Dish Instalattion

I did purchased starsat decoder which include the dish an installation. After plenty of problems to get an accredited installer within my area Starsat apoint a installer called zack. When He arrived to do the installation he did not have a dish or wall bracket. After loads of callls betweenn me and Starsat we agreed that installer can use my own Dish and wall bracket. And will replace it. Now I did not received my dish and no response to my phone calls and emails. The installer blaming Starsat and visa versa and I still did not received my Satelite dish which I paid for.
