Disconnected

By pure accident I forgot to pay Starsat this month. when I put the television on I realised my mistake, went straight to Standard Bank and paid in full in cash. I thereafter forwarded them 2 e-mails, and spent a whole 35 minutes on the phone waiting for them to answer, which they did not, yet it took my airtime with their stupid messages to hold on hold on hold on hold on. I got through to them this morning, 24 hours later, to be told even a CASH payment takes 24 to 48 hours to show on their bank account, and that I have to wait. Frustration. I called back 10 minutes ago, which is now nearly 48 hours later, waited 19 minutes for them to answer their phone, only to be told it takes between 24 hours and 72 hours. I am so furious with them. Their service is pathetic. When I get paid, I am thinking of seriously cancelling this subscription and trying DSTV, hopefully They will give better service.
