Disappointment in service delivery

I have been a user for the past 3years, my family and I have enjoyed the joys of the channel broadcasts, however in the past 8 months channels have been changed, removed, but the price remains the same. Please note the below unreasonable changes and ********* to be specific -Channel changes and not even replaced -Channels that are currently on, don't screen properly -We are very fond of the Indian channel range, After following the listed series for years on end, you have decided to remove the channel and replace it with some comedy ****.. The help desk is even more pathetic...The most disappointing part of this is, we have stuck with you guys this long. Thank God I don't have to deal with this anymore. However as disappointed as I am, I am happy to inform you that I have switched over to DSTV instead which offers a wider range and much better packages for entertainment.
