Complaint on bad service

Called in to the call centre and spoke to Livert who was very arrogant and rude and laughed about my complain when I tried to escalate the problem. I asked 3 times for a manager and eventually I spoke to Lindiwe who was more helpful. Shocking servcie from Technical department. He should not be working for a company if he isn't interested in helping customers. Useless.
