channels

Hi there, I have been battling with starsat over a month now, they still have not sorted out the issue with the channels that wentvmissing, infact they had an installer on site since 10 am this morning and he only left now and now we haveceven fewer channels, I had enough now, I want a refund for my decoder as they cannot solve their issues and I cannot pay for a service I am not getting, please advice as my next step will be laying acformal charge against them andcthey will carry all the cost involved.
