Bad Service & Inferior Products

I bought my TOP TV decoder on the 05/09/2010; Over the years, I have had numerous distressing issues, but I remained loyal to them, even when they moved over to STAR-SAT.However this current state affairs are truly disappointing and I feel that their service has deteriorate to unacceptable levels and I see no point in continue with their service and would urge my fellow countrymen to follow suit.I'm afraid that I cannot recommend it to anyone else. I've been to their one and only Customer Service Centre, which is situated in the most ridiculous place.Although the staff are affable, their hands are tied, when faced with all the numerous complaints from the customers.<br> STAR-SAT introduced the new decoder, and forcing you to convert to it, even if it is completely inferior to the old one.<br> Their Call-Centre is one of the worst in the country, since the beginning of the station.<br> They drop channels without prior warning and the list goes on, but I don't have enough space to list them all. <br> After numerous telephone calls, leaving messages and even speaking to a number of people, and them promising to get back to me.<br> I therefore, after almost 6 years, I will be reverting back to the DSTV .
