Bad service from top tv installer and top tv themselfes

One cannot complain to them as they take your call and then place you on hold as they are talking to somebody in turn you hold for 5 min while they have a laugh at your expens I spoke to him and he was very rude to me over the phone and he even said i can do what i want as he does not care about me as i am nobody. I phoned on my dads behalf as he is a eldary person and hard of hearing. When my dad asked him his rates he said he was expensive in a joke and asked when he can assist him. This was confirmed to be monday. When he phoned again monday afternoon he was told tuesday morning. My dad tried to phone him 3 times in this time he never picked up the phone on tuesday. Great service Is this the kind of people you have in service with the company. The way he spoke to me he was very rude and has no manners If i do not get any response by friday i will take my dad to go back to dstv as they give better service
