Bad service from Starsat

I am very disappointed with the type of service i have received from starsat regarding the issue i am having with my STB or installation. I have not been receiving any signal for the last 3 days and have called your contact center numerous times and have even contacted the installer but still no one is willing to help. I have been using your services since 15 May 2018 and its not even a month and here i am.

I will tell everyone who cares to listen that you are a disappointment and people must stick to multichoice at least there you get good service for your money.
