Bad Service

On the 23rd December I Dikeledi Martha Mogotsi wanted a decoder so I asked Abraham from Star Sat to install it for me. A week later the decoder gave me problems and i called the installer to come check what's the problem. He didn't come i called him several times he ended up not taking my calls. I ended up calling Star Sat offices and spoke to a lady called Kemelo. She assured me that the installer will come and collect the decoder and give me my refund. Even today nothing happened and I'm sitting with a decoder that's not working. I tried calling Kemelo during the month ever since she said she will get back to me till to date.
