BAD SERVICE

I have exactly the same problem as the previous complainant. My Channels keep on disappearing, i know how to search and correct the problem, but then it works and then it doesn't. At times i have to do this up to four times a day and it's really becoming frustrating. This is not what i expect for the R200.00 that i'm paying every month. I know of other people that have the same problem. if it's a known problem, why do the customers have to call in every time and hold for longer than 5 minutes to speak to someone. This is not fair on us the customers
