Bad service

This is bad. Always no signal. E01: No signal output. When you phone go through all the optoins and still not working. Then they say to get an instaler out and this cost you between R350 and R450. You have debt order for payment and they send sms to say you must pay otherwise your channels willbe put of and it is not even end of month yet to top ot all. And my debt order goes of between 20th and 25th of each month. And I cannot even enjoy watch my TV because there is no service. Really
