bad service

Received a message on my Star Sat (Top TV) that i can exchange my old decoder for a new updated one free of charge. When i got to Star Sat (Top Tv) to do the exchange i was told that if you want to connect a second tv to the new decoder you have to buy a RF Modulator which you can easily buy at any Makro, Game or Hi Fi Corporation. I am struggling for more than a month now to get this Modulator, as the above mentioned stores don't even know what a RF Modulator is and DO NOT SELL THIS. I then called Star Sat back again to tell them i can't find this modulator and they must please tell me where to get this thing!!!!Mr Govender at Star Sat told me that its my fault because i should have first have done a investigation on their product before i did the switch...!!!!!<br> NOW THEY CANT TELL ME WHERE TO GET THIS MODULATOR - ITS THEIR PRODUCTS AND THEY DON'T EVEN SELL IT!!! I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW FROM THEM WHERE TO GET THIS MODULATOR!!!
