Bad service

I bought a new star sat I’m phoning sins Friday night to get an installation and then I got nothing I spended sins Friday night R150 of airtime phoning Saturday and Sunday and everyone is telling me that the supervisor wil give me a cal I’m not happy becos they advertise but don’t deliver if star sat is the same as DStv then why do we bother with them
