AM I SPEAKING CHINESE OR SOMETHING?

I wrote a complaint about a week ago. My phone number was included in my complaint. The person who reads the Hellopeter complaints at Starsat obviously doesn't read, if they did, they would have seen that I included my number. Also, they would know that you can't respond to responses meaning if that person responded to me asking a question, for five days I am not in a position to respond due to Hellopeter system rules.<br> <br> Now, for the forth time, can I please ask that a SENIOR Starsat customer care manager please call me on the number included in this complaint, and not stop calling me until we finally speak - I'm not always available, as are you, but please don't stop trying to reach me until we do. I am really fed up with Starsat and if you don't respond appropriately, I'll be forced to contact my lawyer about this. And I mean it. Thanks.
