Absolutely Shameful and tantamount to theft !

I have been awaiting a refund for a defective TV (Which I had returned the first and had to return the second) since December 2020. I've called several times and spoken to their call centre, their management and been promised constantly that payment will be made. Eventually i was advised that the money will be paid on the 19/01/2021. What do you know, I called again now to check why I have not received my funds and their manager says it wasn't even processed or is planned on being processed! ***? This company not only sells the most pathetic TV's but they have *********** staff that can't even understand their own internal process'. I would never recommend that anyone ever use their services.
