A COMPLAINT EVERY MONTH!!!

Yet again I have a problem with your pathetic company. Ive had 4 channels removed without any notice. And each time I change the channel to any channel,it freezes and says no service for about 2 minutes before it comes back on. I have called in and was promised a call back and obviously a week later that has not happened. I have also asked you to contact me on your website 3 times and this too has not happened. Seriously HOW pathetic can a company really be? I see your Facebook page is FULL of complaints which no one ever attends to. And you always have the same excuses...\it must be technical but we cannot pick up any issues". """
